Coaching Services Fulfilment

All coaching services provided by Ann Smyth Coaching are delivered per the terms outlined in the coaching agreement between the Client and the Coach. Upon successful booking and payment, clients will receive confirmation of their scheduled session via email, along with relevant details for accessing the service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Clients may reschedule or cancel their coaching sessions up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any charges.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund, and the session fee will be forfeited.

    • To reschedule or cancel a session, please contact us promptly at ann@annsmyth.com.

  2. Refunds:

    • Refunds are unavailable for completed coaching sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

    • If the Coach is required to cancel a session, the Client will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

Compliance with Consumer Law

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to request a refund or cancellation within 14 days of purchasing a service, provided that the service has not been fully performed or commenced with your explicit consent. By booking a coaching session, you agree to waive this right if the service is scheduled to occur within the 14-day cooling-off period and the session is completed.
