As a Life and Leadership Coach, I work at the crossroads of neuroscience, strategy, and soul, guiding high achievers back to their inner clarity and calm. I’m currently completing an MSc in Neuroscience at King’s College London, and my work is deeply rooted in the nervous system, identity, and sustainable success.
