As a Human Design Life and Leadership Coach, I work at the crossroads of neuroscience, strategy, and soul, guiding high performers back to their inner clarity and calm. I’m currently completing an MSc in Neuroscience at King’s College London, and my work is deeply rooted in the nervous system, identity, and sustainable success.

From there, we’ll:

If helpful, we may draw on your Human Design to bring insight to your communication patterns, energy regulation, or decision-making process, but this is never a requirement.

This is not a foundational Human Design session.
Design may be referenced only if it supports the clarity you’re seeking.
You don’t need to arrive with any specific framework, just honesty, curiosity, and the willingness to slow down.
This session is just as valuable for those with no Human Design background as it is for those who’ve studied it deeply.
